Meet the Speakers

Grayson Estes is a cybersecurity professional and researcher specializing in Operational Technology (OT) security, with a focus on protecting critical infrastructure sectors such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, smart cities, and unmanned systems. As a product leader at ServiceNow, he is advancing OT cybersecurity through improved asset visibility, automated risk response, and IT/OT system convergence to enhance operational resilience.
Grayson is a patented inventor and has led the development of security solutions bridging legacy OT systems, cloud-native platforms, and industrial control systems. He has contributed to OT incident response efforts and national-level federal research, participating in high-impact cybersecurity exercises with the Department of Defense and utility providers.
His expertise has supported the Department of Energy’s Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2), helping industrial organizations strengthen their cyber resilience. A recognized voice in the industry, Grayson has shared insights on OT security, IT/OT convergence, and digital transformation at major conferences and events.
Beyond his professional work, Grayson is dedicated to mentorship and workforce development. As an alumnus of the FIRST Robotics program, he volunteers as a judge at regional and world competitions, helping inspire the next generation of engineers and technologists.

Matt Morris is widely regarded as an expert in digital transformation and cybersecurity, combining his entrepreneurial acumen with a deep commitment to industry betterment.
A sought-after advisor, Matt serves on numerous prestigious advisory boards, including the Emerging Threat Open Source (ETHOS) consortium, where he was elected President in 2022. He also advises Energy Impact Partners' Security Council and contributes as a founding member of the ISA Global Cybersecurity Alliance. His advisory roles extend to the White House Office of the National Cyber Director and other critical industry initiatives, where he helps shape strategies to tackle emerging risks and challenges.

learner. Matt holds an Executive MBA from Emory Goizueta Business School and advanced certifications in Al, cybersecurity, and industrial control systems. His

David White is President and Co-founder at Axio — a company with an innovative methodology and software that provides companies with actionable visibility to their cyber risk. David leads key cybersecurity initiatives for Axio in the energy, water, healthcare, federal, and other critical infrastructure sectors. He co-developed Axio’s cyber risk management process and continues to refine its assessment, risk modeling, and insurance analysis components. He is an expert in cybersecurity frameworks and maturity models, cyber risk quantification, and cyber insurance. David is also faculty for Navigator, an executive education program for cyber leaders in collaboration with ISTARI and the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
